Abstract

Keratoconus is a very common pathology in Latin America. However, it is not well understood. A meta-analysis is presented that sheds new light on the role of inflammation in this pathology. We also talk about important events in ophthalmology that have arisen during the COVID-19 pandemic and vaccination.
