Aims: To report a case of a patient with medical history of multiple sclerosis, diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, and presents recurrent anterior uveitis. Presentation of the clinical case: A 40-year-old female patient, diagnosed in 2006 with multiple sclerosis being treated with interferon, that had clinical follow-up and treatment for anterior uveitis in the past two years in the clinic, simultaneously is detected with bilateral retinitis pigmentosa. Conclusion: The association between uveitis and retinitis pigmentosa is rare, but not infrequent, and it tends to present as a mild inflammation in anterior chamber and in vitreous cavity.
