Brain! a wonderful organ with more than 100 billion neurons, capable of generating new connections that allow adaptation and learning throughout life and that plays a very important role in the midst of this crisis that the world is facing, COVID -19. Understanding the crisis as stated by Álvarez - García (2014) as an unexpected, infrequent, shocking and/or destructive event, which causes some type of loss, affecting the quality of life of people. It can be said that we are in the midst of a crisis not because of the number of cases or effects that this situation is causing, but because the situation transcends resources or possibilities and affects personal and social well-being in one way or another.
