Advances in diagnosis and treatment are overwhelming, increasingly technological devices allow us better diagnoses and treatments. New investigational drugs promise to cure degenerative diseases. Artificial intelligence and machine learning are advancing steadily along with big data and so the list seems endless in terms of innovation and technological advances. Today who does not teach, cannot be on the crest of the wave, but be careful, it is not only teaching, you have to know how to listen and learn from the rest, generating a flow of experiences and knowledge that nourishes us as professionals and generates an absolute benefit for our patients.
