Resumen

Se presenta el caso de una paciente femenina, que acude por disminución de agudeza visual en ambos ojos de 2 semanas de evolución, asociado a cefalea y tinnitus. Durante la exploración oftalmológica se evidencian múltiples desprendimientos de retina serosos en polo posterior y periferia media. Se realizan estudios complementarios y se establece el diagnóstico de Síndrome de Vogt-KoyanagiHarada Incompleto. Se modifica tratamiento tópico y sistémico con evolución clínica favorable.
